Metal Fabricator

Job Description:

The position is responsible for fabricating and assembling machinery and components per drawings and other supplied information.  Successful candidate will be able to read mechanical drawings, perform layout, cutting, forming, fitting and welding MIG/TIG on carbon and stainless steels.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma.  Relevant experience may be a suitable substitute.  Preferably five years of experience in a metal manufacturing environment.

Production Supervisor:

Job Description:

This position is responsible for all manufacturing shop operations including:

  • Hiring, training, managing, and evaluating manufacturing personnel.
  • Planning, assigning, and directing production activities or manufacturing personnel.
  • Ensuring that materials, tools, and equipment resources are available as required.
  • Managing and monitoring labor performance to budget and schedule.
  • Building and equipment maintenance activities.
  • Managing assigned expense budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a superior attitude; excellent supervisory skills; experience in metal manufacturing environment; be computer literate; and have strong communication skills.

Education Requirements:

High school Diploma and five years of supervisory experience in a metal fabrication or equipment manufacturing environment.

Database Programmer:

Job Description:

This part time or contract position will be responsible for the development of applications using either Microsoft Access or OpenOffice Base to work with QuickBooks data through QODBC.  The ideal candidate will be fully competant to create tables, forms, queries, and reports and any programming that will be required to build applications to support various manufacturing and general business activities.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in relevant dicipline.  Relevant experience may be a suitable substitute.
  • Preferably five years of experience in a software development environment.
