Reverse Osmosis (RO) Seawater Desalination Systems
The system pictured nearby consists of two reverse osmosis packaged units, each measuring approximately 30′ x 15′ x 10′ high, and one chlorine injection unit which together provide 520,000 gallons of fresh water per day from seawater. The high pressure piping is made from AL6XN material and was fabricated in compliance with ANSI B31.1 piping standards. Newfab was chosen as the manufacturer of this equipment because of our ability to provide complete manufacturing and system integration services. The system was manufactured complete with
major equipment supplied by the customer. After final inspection was completed the complete system was loaded into shipping containers and shipped directly from our factory to the port for export to the end user in South America.
